When in Rome is Cy Coleman and Carolyn Leigh's sardonic 1964 song about philandering with drink and sex.
As sung by Tony Bennett, with Bill Evans on piano:

What a great old tune! I learned it out of a fakebook about fifty years ago when I was attracted by the wild lyrics. With no internet and Youtube in those days, I never heard it performed--that is, until today. Catch the first recording of it by Peggy Lee at https://secondhandsongs.com/performance/326330/versions. Jer, thanks for reminding us about this wonderful song.
Good to hear from you, Keith.
Yes, I love the way Peggy Lee sings it.
But that orchestral accompaniment is intrusive. I don't mind the Latin, but yikes, all those 1960s clichés.
I learned it from the Tony Bennett recording. Later I found it in The Performer's Complete Fakebook.
