    Default Name already in use

I had two "The Lady Is A Tramp", the only difference was the 15th bar on beat three . One version had A7 the other A-7.
Tried to add an alternate chord to A-7 on the one with the A7. and I got "Name already in use"
I trashed the Lady is a tramp 1 and emptied the trash and still got the "Name already in use"
I changed the name and then it worked.
I'm at a loss. I had two charts
    1)The Lady Is A Tramp
    2)The Lady Is A Tramp 1
there wasn't even a need to have a The Lady Is A Tramp 2
    I was just editing??

    update
I tried it again it it worked out okay?
    A mystery?

Don't post a playlist as the songs in a Realbook if the changes aren't from the book.
If you do transcribe changes from a book put it in the title RB1, RB2, GGB, Sher, etc

When I've encountered that roadblock, I simply put a period "." at the end of the title.
I don't bother to play "Where's Waldo" searching for some tiny difference.

Sometimes when sharing charts between devices an identical duplicate title seems to apparently sneak through without the automatic ascension number. Another mystery....

Just to clarify, you edited a song, then when you went to Save, it came up with the error, "Name already in use"?
    What device were you using?
    What version of iReal Pro?
And I presume it wasn't because sync had just brought it in?
    Thanks
