Default I've been away for a while ...

.... maybe things have changed. When I search for something I posted a few years ago, the Search feature tells me it's in Jazz Practise Exercises on Page 26, but it's not reslly there. Am I missing something new?

Actually, I was looking for the Ed Fuqua book (and a few others) I transcribed for iRP. But thanks for finding these.

I see now that the postings are now reversed, back to front, since I've been away.

My old account wouldn't let me log in, password doesn't work, so I opened a new one. If you want, I'll go back to the original, if I can get into it.

Nice to talk with you again, Bob. 😊

You can adjust the thread display mode.
    I use: linear-newest first.
Settings>My Account-General Settings> [scroll down] thread Display mode. Then Save

Doesn't the system offer a "forgot password" or "reset password" prompt?
If you'd like to edit any of your previous posts, you'll need to use that posting account.

The system offers a "forgot password" feature, but you have to match numbers and letters on one of those what-are-they-called -- security screens? human-only screens? I thought I was matching the screen exactly -- uppercase, lowercase -- but it always says I'm not. After several dozen tries, I gave up and just reregistered.

I don't want to edit my previous posts, just find them. Someone recently posted one of my old posted charts -- my posting, with my characteristic marks -- as his own. I don't care much about that, but many of the whole books I posted seem to be flat gone. I can't find them using search, anyway.

    Hi Jack,
    Try this:
Find any post from your old username
Select the username at the top of the post
In the pop-up menu select ”View Forum Posts"
That should bring up ALL (338) of your old posts.

A more efficient way might be to use"ADVANCED SEARCH"
    Touch the Magnifying Glass
Select the "Search Multiple Content Types" tab
You can enter a user name AND keyword(s)
