Usethe same account at the Google Play Store that you used to purchase iRp for your Nexus.
You should be able to reload your previously apps without charge.

Thanks Bob I tried going to the google play store on the new fire tablet but it shows as "installed" (which it is not)

if I tap the green 'installed' button , under choose a device , it says 'no eligible devices for app install'

I'd rather not buy irb again from the Amazon Store (partly for financial reasons although its SUCH a great app I will if I have to !)
but mainly in case I get the wifi connectivity issues mentioned above with the Amazon store

ie I need irb to work even if I don't have WiFI on

Please Help me if you can Bob !
    THANKS

Do you have Google Play Store installed on your Amazon device?
    If not, try these steps:

Then install iReal Pro from the Google Play Store app.
Are you using the app on both devices?
