I made a couple of changes to your chart to reflect the recording by Dameron and Coltrane.

Bars 1, 2 and 3: Added breaks.

Bar 4: Changed Am7 to Aø (the melody note is Eb).

Bar 6: Changed Aø to Am7.

Bar 10: Added dominant to go to the B section.

Bar 11: Added a beginning bar line and B section label.

I also changed the tempo to 132 bpm.

I had never heard of this tune before this thread. Thanks to both of you for posting your versions. I listened to the performance by Coltrane and Dameron on Youtube and really enjoyed it. Now, I'll have to learn it!
