Thanks, Bob--this is hugely helpful! The specifics about iRp parenthesis usage is especially good to know. I've learned a song ("Drinking Again") that was written for/recorded by Gloria Lynne, then subsequently recorded by Frank Sinatra. In the original composition (by Doris Tauber), the last section of the song has the expected 8 measures, and that's how Gloria Lynne recorded it. When Sinatra did it, the arranger threw 4 additional measures into the last section--not a coda, really--just extended the last section by 4 measures. When I adapted the chart for that Sinatra arrangement/change, I added "Sinatra Version" to the song title, but did not know about the parenthesis usage to set the performed-by information apart. Thanks again--I'll do better with learning and applying iRp conventions (I really, really don't want to add to the challenges you all face trying to keep things organized for the benefit of all)!
