Default Ain't No Cure For Love (Cohen/Warnes) -- request for improvement

Here's a chart for Ain't No Cure For Love by Leonard Cohen, as performed by Jennifer Warnes.

I wonder if anyone can tell me how I might improve it, particularly in two ways:

    1) I don't want to have to write practically the whole A part twice.
    2) I wonder whether there's a way to get the G minor chord near the end to start on the last 8th note of the preceding measure.

    Any suggestions?

Best to post songs following the instructions in the app
There is a detailed tutorial inside the app in More.../Tutorials and /Help &Support
    or
just touch the "?" In the circle at the top of any chart.
In OSX look under: Help/Tutorials and Help/Help & Support.
    Also online at http://irealpro.com/support

That way, the song links aren't embeded in text and they will appear like this:

    Likewise YouTube links: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPdUkWCDmGM
So spam misdirection is less likely.

I edited your chart to show the correct composer name.
Please check the first A section, is 17 measures correct?
(EDIT: just counted my way through the YouTube...there is one of those "folkie" bonus bars after the 1st A)
It's usually best to start charts with a template so most measures have the same number of spaces (usually 4),
Depending on the song, I usually begin with the 48 or 96 bar template in the app.

    Per iRp Chart Layout Conventions:

I understand the need to have a 4-space bar when you want a quick chord change on beat-4.

Actually, it's a good chart. Looks like you found a way to make the form play IN,A,A',B,A',B'.
You could still add a last-time coda if you wanted to repeat the whole form. (Single coda-sign at the end with your ending)

    Thanks for the suggestions.

Yes, the extra measure between the end of the first verse and the start of the second is correct.

I had trouble making all the measures the same size because of overlap between the flat symbols and the following barlines, especially in measures that change chords on the fourth beat of a measure.
