    Default Unable to post new thread

    Hello,

    A friend of mine is a registered forum member an is using Mac OS 10.6.8. She is unable to post a new thread or replay to an existing thread. In the posting permissions, when she is logged in, bbcode, smiles, IMG and Video are all on. HTML code is off, but next to each it says, " you may not post, reply, add attachments, etc.

    She is running irealb 2.8.4

    Can anyone help with this?

    She needs to update her iReal b to iReal Pro. She can email us through our website in case she has any issues.

    How does she upgrade without losing all of her songs? When she clicks on, "check for updates," it says she is up to date. If she goes to irealpro.com she only has the option to buy for 19.99. There is no button that says, "upgrade." Does she have to buy it again and if she does, will she lose all of her songs?

    Hello, could you or your friend let us know her forum Username and a reference to this thread (there is a Contact Us button at the bottom of this page). We need to check her forum settings.
    Her Mac OS is too old to run the current version of iReal Pro itself but she should be able to access the forum I would have thought. She is using Safari?

    Please click on the Apple icon on the top left corner of the screen,then App Store, click on Store/View my account and log in with the Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Go to Purchased Apps and iReal Pro should be there.
    In case she purchased it directly from our website, ask her to email us at support [at] irealpro.com
