Yeah, you need to open the link on a device with the iReal pro app installed.

The songs contained in each downloaded playlist are added to your song library.
The playlist will also be shown in your playlist index. Same songs, two places.
Individual charts you download are included in your library (songs) and can be added to existing (or new) playlists using the share icon.
