You want to write a XΔ6 ? You may need to sub a 6-9/x
Ex: CΔ6 = A-9/C

In a chord chart, in upper right corner, click on circled question mark. In drop down menu, click on chord syllabus. You'll see a list of chords, including C6. It's just a capital C and a 6.
