    Default License Key

    Hi ,
    I have tried to obtain the "Extra Jazz Styles" available to purchase , but i am unable
    to locate the License Key in order to register. Despite having emailed twice IrealPro
    i haven't had an answer, I am using a Macbook Pro platform OS X Yosemite,
    If anyone can help I shall be grateful

    Niki,

    I'm trying to transfer my iReal pro from one partition to another on my hard drive, but the re-install says that my license key, which I got from the info window of the program on the original partition, is wrong.

    Hi,
    in 2014 I bought iReal Pro for my iPhone and MacBook Pro. I have upgraded my MacBook Pro to El Capitan. I am trying to re-install iReal Pro, but I cannot find the Licence key in the email/receipt. Could you please indicate where I can find it?

    Contact us directly at support. You purchased directly from us? (otherwise the app store knows you had bought it when you are logged in).

    Hello we may have replied to you if you contacted us directly at our help support email.
    Is your license related to an old Mac purchase you did directly from us for an older Mac OS version?
    Are you wanting to transfer from an old Mac purchase to the current version at the Mac App Store because you now have a new Mac?
    (Please contact us at support)

    Otherwise your account with either Google or Apple should remember all your purchases (so you can download into new (or reformatted) devices when you update your devices.)
