In reference to what? Where did you see this used?

At the bottom of this page there are two buttons. One says, "Normal Version", the other one says, "Logout".

You are probably using an iOS device. When it shows you forums, it is the mobile (concise) view. On a computer browser it will be a different layout for the (presumably) larger monitor size.

On iPad you can view forums on Safari here (bookmark it if you prefer this view):
    http://forums.irealbook.net/
but within iPad>iRealbook>forums, the mobile view will be shown.

You can tap on 'normal view' on any iOS device. If you have logged in using mobile view, you may need to log in normal view. (This would be if you are using an iPad and want to post for instance while using the larger layout.)

    Thanks!

That clears things up a lot.

P.S. I'm really enjoying iReal Book a lot, what a cool practice tool!!
