Rouge key signatures

I have a problem in that when I try to Set and Transpose the resulting key is a semitone out, eg. Eb comes out as D. When using the treble clef key to select Eb I get D#. Any ideas?

You could try a Set and Transpose to another key first then another Set and Transpose to Eb. In song edit, it should not actually give you a choice of D# as a key it will transpose to.
What key is the song in initially?

Or are individual chords (where they should be transposing to Eb) transposed to their enharmonic (D#) in the song editor? In this case, you will need to individually change them in the editor.

Or do you mean, using transposition in song view, some of the chords are displaying their enharmonic?
