Default Footprints - Wayne Shorter - Arrangement

    Footprints, by Wayne Shorter.

This arrangement includes an Intro and Outro, and uses the vamp bassline for the head. Its time is the same as Shorter's own recording, at 138 bps, and — per The Standards Real Book, published by Chuck Sher — it's in 6/4 rather than 3/4 time.

Hello Jer, to me it sounds like they play a D instead of an Eb during the vamps over Cm11 chords. Besides that, thank you for the chord chart!

    Nice chart!
Jer's chart is correct. The bass plays an Eb, not a D (the piano is playing the D in the chord which creates that tension between the D and the Eb)
However, The E7 is not altered. It's actually a E13#11 (same as the F chord before). Only the A7 is altered.
The F#-7b5 is correct but using a A-69/F# instead produces a voicing more similar to what Herbie is playing (like a half diminished with a 11th). A CMaj7#11/A could work as well.
