Default Tin Roof Blues - New Orleans Rhythm Kings

Good afternoon everyone. I am new here and not familiar with how all of this works, but I do have a question. However, I don't want to fall foul of all of the system, the regulations, or especially copyright laws!
When I first started playing the trumpet over 50 years ago, my brother on trombone, and I played a trad jazz tune. I had forgotten about the tune until this week when it popped up in my head. I have made a recording of the tune but for the life of me or my brother, we cannot remember what the tune is called - it could even be something that he 'made up'!
The likely candidate for playing the tune professionally would have been the late Chris Barber, RIP. But we have searched as many recordings as we can and cannot find the tune.
Can anybody advise me how I can get the tune posted for identification please?
I could post the chords but as it is trad jazz, the chord sequence (from my memory) is not so different to dozens of other trad tunes, it's the melody line that identifies it. I could put a recording onto YouTube and link it here if that is permitted.
    Thanks in advance. Peano.

    Nice track!
At first, the tune reminded me of:
Put Your Arms Around Me, Honey
Composed by Junie McCree-Harry Von Tilzer

But the tunes quickly go their separate ways.

Hopefully one of our Trad-members will be of more help identifying it.

Thanks for your comment, and thanks for trying. Interested to hear what offerings there are, if any. So frustrating not remembering!

Thanks Bill! You came to the rescue!

The original NORK version plays the melody in question @00:43
This is in A (perhaps due to a slow turntable)

    No Doubt!
This Sidney Bechet 1949 recording (Bb) quotes the sample youtube nearly exactly starting at 00:40 sec in.

I changed the thread title from How-can-I-get-help-to-identify-a-trad-Dixieland-tune to the song's title.

    Well, this is outstanding! I'm really pleased and grateful. I've emailed my brother. The version I used to listen to is by Louis;

The piano at the beginning of the Louis recording really takes me back half a century (gulp!). Very distinctive.
Thank you all for your endeavours and extremely rapid detection rate!
I'm now going to have to learn to play the whole piece and make a recording!

Never heard an iRP tune yet with just banjo and tuba; pretty cool!
