Default Trumpet Trombone Tuba etc. long tone and lip flexibility exercises

I was surprised this wasn't already up when I went looking for it.
It goes with what you always hear Brass players warming up on.
Basically it goes down in half steps from open on trpt and first pos. on bone.

I read bone treble clef in C. (first pos=Bb) so I wrote it in the key of C.
Trumpet players transpose it to Bb so the first chord is a C for you.

I set this to Jazz Even 8ths practice rhythm . If you have the upgraded swing rhythms it should come up but i think the basic rock rhythm is best

    update
long tones is the best setting
Don't post a playlist as the songs in a Realbook if the changes aren't from the book.
If you do transcribe changes from a book put it in the title RB1, RB2, GGB, Sher, etc
