Thanks for this, and yes that structure is correct. In the second A1, the F# half dim becomes a D major, I was quite confused how to write this though.
As played on the 1953 Chet Baker recording. Really suprised this song has barely been revisited, as it has a beautiful melody. There might be some slight errors with the harmony.
