I have the wrong chord at the start of bar 24. It should be Ab13#11 and not A13#11. Here is the corrected chart.

Sorry, I didn't realise it was posted. I have added substitution chords however and checked them using Logic Express.

Thanks for the advice. I think I've got it posted OK now.

I have added alternate chords to the Real Book version. Please download. I think it is error free.
