Robin's Swing - Phil Lavine
I also added the invisible END on the 2nd beat of the 1st ending after the D6/9 so that the player feature won't play the turnaround at the end of the final repeat of the song.

Please use the search feature (magnifying glass icon at the top of the page) to check before posting duplicates.
When posting a re-harm or alternate version, it's best to mention that and include some source information.
"here's my own version using different changes” or "as played by <artist name>" or "from Vanilia Book 3” etc.
When a new user searches for a title and is presented with several choices, the additional info is helpful.
Thanks

The Look You Wear - Antonio Carlos Jobim
The Day You Came Along - Johnston-Coslow
The Django Fakebook is a free-to-download PDF book of about 200 songs. http://www.guitare-jazz-blues-rock.c...ook-Django.pdf I've written out a half a dozen of them i plan to post soon. This first one (Anouman) was written by Django It's not the easiest to play but the melody has that European (jazz) sound that I like. Also I've written out 'Confeesin' (I'm Confessin that I Love You)If anyone would like to post some of their favourites from this book it would make a great resource for gypsy jazz fans
Confessin' That I Love You- KC - Reynolds-Daugherty
Anouman (Django Fake Book) - Unknown Composer
Also La Vie en Rose
Smile - Charles Chaplin
... and another from the free-to-download Django Fakebook La Vie en Rose
La Vie En Rose - Piaf-Gugliemi
The Djanjo Fakebook has already been charted in iRp format and is posted in the GYPSY JAZZ thread:

Welcome to the forums,
:))BOB
I've already downloaded these 300+ gypsy jazz tunes but I haven't found them all that useful They have the original Real Book chords that are mostly in mainstream jazz styles(not gypsy rhythm chords) Many are in completely different keys.
I've used the actual chords/key signatures from the Fake-book. I've kept the tempos slow for easier practicing/soloing over and set the style to 'La Pompe'
The GJ playlist is a random collection of manouche grills, RN charts and others, that many have found useful.
If you follow the link I posted,
(This one: )

You will find an iRp playlist of most all the charts, accurately transcribed from the full Django Fakebook 2008 that you sourced, each title labeled "dfb".
:))BOB
Thanks for this -it helps me get a better grip on how iReal pro and the forum works. And I certainly appreciate the hard work people like you have done and then offered it for public use. However I take issue slightly issue, a bit, about DFB using 'vanilla' chords. Surely what you're calling vanilla is really a european approach to jazz that is less influenced by the 'blues'. Dominant 7th chords/notes are replaced with 6ths (major or minor)
Melodie Au Crepscule
Melodie Au Crepuscule - Django Reinhardt
Smile Written by Charlie Chaplin - Nice melody
Smile - Charles Chaplin
Dear PDXJAZZ
I didn't mean to be dismissive by saying I hadn't found the GJ playlist very helpful -I should have said it hasn't been that helpful yet. I'm absolutely sure it's stuffed full of very useful info. it's when you play play some of the be-bop/latin/ballads with tempos between very fast and very slow they seemed a bit removed from my idea of GJ As a lower-intermediate student I need simple tunes at a moderate tempo :)
Here's That Rainy Day - Jimmy Van-Heusen
A bit cleaned up.
The Look You Wear - Antonio Carlos Jobim
Revised ending.
Menilmontant - Charles Trenet
I Thought About You 1 - Jimmy Van-Heusen
Tweaked a few chords. Key of C.
Si Tu Savais : a nice tune with lots of helpful YouTube versions. I particularlylike The Gypsy Jazz Trio version
Si Tu Savais (Cm) - Georges Ulmer
Your chart is essentially a duplicate of a previously posted version with the addition of the alternate chord suggestion.
I doubt that you intend for the player to repeat the 2nd and 3rd A-sections each time as written.
:))BOB
I'm sorry if some of these duplicate the efforts of others. I'm still trying to get to grips with finding my way around the forum. As an intermediate student I need to have both the lead sheet and the iReal Pro backing track to make progress with learning a new song. I need the Fake book and the key/tempo/style of the backing track to agree to make any progress. So these tunes are written at an easy tempo and are in the same key as the lead sheet. Also I've stuck to the 'vanilla' chords because i think they give the soloist a better chance to improvise.
I'm hoping to post more tunes as I do them :)
Django Fakebook (10)
Individual songs:

Clair de Lune - Joseph Kosma
All Of Me - Gerald Marks

La Vie En Rose - Piaf-Gugliemi
If I Had You -KC - Unknown Composer

While you are welcome to offer your own versions, re-posting charts that are essentially duplicates just makes it more difficult for users to search the forums because so many more results are returned.
Though the app shouldn't download multiple *identical* versions, any small changes in posted charts can result in duplicate titles in your song index. iRp tries to keep that straight by automatically adding a number to additional downloads of even slightly altered charts with the same title. <title>, <title>1, <title>2, etc.
That's why all the Django Fakebook charts (link above) include "(dfb)” in the title. It identifies their source and avoids confusion.
Posting charts that are only slightly (cosmetically) different isn't helpful and only results in inconvenience to others.
Example:
Compare your "If I had You" chart with the dfb chart in post #114 of this thread. Though musically IDENTICAL, the slight cosmetic alteration will result in unnecessary duplicate titles in the user's song index.
Charts should follow iRp Posting Conventions:
http://www.irealb.com/forums/showthr...&p=301#post301
(Review the use of repeat brackets)
Also, please remember to include the composer when posting charts.
If I Had You - Ted Shapiro

MELODIE AU CREPUSCULE
i struggled a bit with this one ( I'm still learning how to write/edit new songs) Still, it's fairly close to the Fake Book version
Melodie Au Crepuscule - Django Reinhardt
KC :)
That dfb chart has already been posted in a form consistent with the iRp posting conventions.
You'll find it along with the rest of the Django Fakebook charts posted here:

Compare the 3rd and 7th bars of your version's A-section with both the dfb PDF and the above referenced iRp chart.
