Can't get to all of the symbols in the Editor

I'm a new user to iReal Pro. Just watched some videos on new song entry using the Editor on the iPAD. The videos show that there are lot of additional symbols compared to what I see in my editor including the symbols to put in different bar lines like repeats. It's not clear to me why I have a different screen that what I see in the videos or how to get to the symbols I am missing. Any suggestions?
