Mac, Airturn support

Some Airturn devices (recent models*) now work with iReal Pro (Mac) by installing their app Airturn manager (available from the Mac App Store)
Set a key command in iReal Pro menus (e.g. Play, Stop, down arrow, volume up/down) and assign for each pedal/button your Airturn device has.
