Restore from backup html file - How?

I have this html backup file that I created using iReal using the following commands

Pro -> Backup.

This created a file called "iReal Pro Backup 8-1-21.html"

How do I load this file back into iReal Pro?

The user guide is in the Help menu within iReal Pro (Mac version) which might be useful :)
