As I've downloaded the 37 beatles songs I recognize, that all songs I now open have the ¨jazz-medium upswing¨-style to work in it. What's wrong there?

It seems to do nothing with the beatles tracks.
you will need to set them to whatever playback style you need them to play in. After doing this, it should remember that style.
