Player Position Indicator?

I just got an Ipod Touch 4th generation, and purchased and installed Irealbook, and the Latin and Jazz style packs.

In settings, there is a control for "Player Position Indicator". I assume that means, that when a chart is being played back, that one sees a cursor moving, highlighting the current chord. That is certainly a convenient feature to have.

However, no matter which color I set that indicator to, I never see it, I do not see any kind of player position indicator.

What am I doing wrong?

A few lines down there is also a settings to turn on and off the Playback Location. Do you have it set to ON?
