Need ø11 or ø add11

I would like to request the chord symbol Cø11, or Cø7 add11, or something like that.

I agree that Ebm6 add9 /C is the same chord in a sense, or F7b9sus/C, but both of these longwinded solutions lose the sense of the chord being a ii in a minor ii V i progression, as in CØ11, F7b9, Bbm6. And when this extension does not exist, the tendency for the harmony instrument is to voice the chord with a third or a fifth on top, which clashes with the melody note.
