Unfortunately there is no facility for this at the moment, but you could simulate something that might work.
Set the Count in to 2 bars. Edit the song and put an END in measure two (or somewhere). Turn off audio.
When you press play, it will show the visual count, but stop playing soon after.
Make sure you have set the correct tempo.
You might like to add some text to indicate the END has been placed to stop play (it’s invisible outside the editor) so you know, (or duplicate the song).
Also you might be able to run a metronome app in split screen and set it to the tempo indication you have added in text for each song. Not very efficient, but could work for now.
Thanks for the idea, we have had similar requests for a visual metronome of some kind.
