I would like to be able to adjust the volume of the count off. When the band is at a proper level to play along in my stereo system, the count off is at a deafening level.

I found the slider!!
For those that haven't found it yet,
On iOS select the metronome icon (top left) on the tempo control screen to reach count-in settings.
