I couldn't find this chart for the life of me so I made one. This is the big band version arranged by Bob Curnow. The original is at 104 bpm with a march-like groove but Even 8ths is all iReal Pro has to offer.

Charts are easier to read/follow when the measures are the same size.
Your decision to double the length of one bar for readability is fine.
I've found it easier to start with one of the built-in templates and delete unused bars.
