You can't select "Support" as the top part of the page with navigation buttons is covered up in a few milliseconds with an animation. Nice animation but I need support.

Open the email using your iPad and/or android.
Select the link in the email that contains the song code, irealb opens and the song/playlist is downloaded.
Or post the song/playlist to the forums' sandbox section.
Download to your other device(s) from there.
