iReal Pro shows the chords; chords are not in any specific clef so any instrument can play along or use the chord chart for viewing when playing or practicing.
Use the Chord scales feature within the app for viewing notated chords and scales (because it is notated, there is a choice of clef).
Android - Settings, Add-ons, Chord Scales - set to bass clef
iOS - Tap icon bottom right for options, Chord scales, bass clef
Mac - Preferences, Chord scales, set to bass clef
You will need to purchase the Chord Scales feature (in-app purchase).
Update: Chord scales are included within the latest app versions
