What A Wonderful World - Louis

I have a Wonderful World chart with an AABA for, I have inputted dc al 2nd ending and fine but the player simply goes back to the top of the chart. Does anyone have any ideas about what I may be doing wrong ?
thanks in advance

Wonderful World Swing - Unknown Composer
thanks Bob !
To permit the DC al 2nd instruction to work as designed, all that was needed was a double-bar sign at the end of the section.
What A Wonderful World - Swing 1 - Weiss-Thiele
The player will return to the top, take the second ending and start the form again after the measure marked fine.
BUT, that's an awkward jump and a measure short.
The way I'd do it is with a 3rd ending like this:
What A Wonderful World - Swing 2 - Weiss-Thiele
Always remember to include composer info and set the default key correctly.

Perfect thanks so much!
Here's a very slow ballad version, with many chords.
What A Wonderful World-Rev JE 2 - Weiss-Thiele

Jerry, that's absolutely gorgeous!!!!!
If I may be so presumptuous.... Each time I listened to it, the final bar in the 1st ending cried out (to me) for a 4th beat chord. Like this:
What A Wonderful World-Rev JE 1 - Weiss-Thiele
Although, maybe that's like adding a "where's Waldo" to the Mona Lisa...

Bob,
Thanks much.
I left that final chord as a suspension because I liked the sound without full closure.
Of course, it can be played with a dominant instead.
People should always feel free to make suggestions and changes, especially you.
Cheers,
Jer
Thanks Jer,
Your sus chord is beautiful and usually you can always count on me to be in favor of a "dangle" ending as there are few enough opportunities for them. I've listened more and I guess this time it's just a cadence thing. Since the vocal melody there is a pick-up, it just felt to me like the go-round wanted more of a nudge.
As a bassist, I usually favor simplicity in chordal arrangements because of their fewer constraints. Your busier (but very rich) arrangement of this tune is really stunning and also quite instructive.

I don't think the C7sus chord would work if it were preceded by a Gm7, as they're too close to each other. But I like it after the Db7 chord.
At the end of the bridge I do resolve C7sus to Gb7.
I clutter up slow tunes with lots of changes because I like the challenge of finding progressions that work.
Bill Evans was of course the master of this. His changes on Spring Is Here:
Spring Is Here-Rev JE with Ad Lib Ending - Richard Rodgers
I love the way he sticks in a phrase from I'm Old-Fashioned after the Eb7/Db in the Coda.
Cheers,
Jer
EDIT: My changes to Spring Is Here are not exactly Bill's throughout. They're actually somewhat simplified. Kenlister's changes are from Chuck Sher's New Real Book 3 and are taken directly from a transcription of Bill's playing:
