You could check out how some of the forum songs play back (their form) and use the repeats, DC, DS, coda, first and second time endings or whatever is needed so your song plays through correctly.
Otherwise post your song here with the form you require and someone here might be able to help you.
Some of the templates available when making a New Song (pencil icon at the top) can be useful if you already know the form you require as the bar lines, repeats and other indications for playback are already there ready for your chords. You can modify it as you work through chord entry if needed.
