If it is still happening, then force quit it, Settings>Apps, tap on iRealb, Force Stop.
Then relaunch it and test again.

thanks for the reply. i had been trying to put an intro on the tune and left off the double bar before the first chord. it works again. one other question i transposed a tune and am trying to edit it and it reverts to the original key when i hit edit how do I get around it ? my device is a kindle hd fire
Open the tune in edit (original key displayed)
Touch Key
Touch the displayed key letter
Choose your prefered new key
Touch "set and transpose"
Edit the tune in your key.
Reset the key "set and transpose" or not.
