Actually I was on here looking because that chart is wrong. A is correct, but B is the bridge, and should come after that next A section (the chorus). If you find a better chart, please message me or whatever. Just joined the forums tonight, so I'm still learning.
I think you may be confusing the verse [V] with the first chorus [A]. Here's my own personal chart - key and chord changes courtesy of the Nat King Cole Trio c. 1944.

I tried my hand at some editing, but did not rename the sections. There is a smushed chord that I don't know how t make clearer. And I don't know how to notate the end, there shouldn't be a repeat. I guess that ending 2 should be a coda, and the beginning should have a D.S. al coda.

The versions above have the correct form, although there are discrepancies in some of the repeats and they don't all include the verse.
This is an amalgam of the versions I see in a couple of books. The first 16 bars should be considered a verse, as this section never repeats.
Verse = 16 bars
A1 = 8 bars
A2 = 8 bars
B = 8 bars
A3 = 12 bars
The form A1 A2 B A3 always repeats twice, in the head and solos.
