AirPlay and audio conversion issues

When I use I real b through AirPlay it works for about 2 seconds before loading and playing most recent/paused music player track? Is this a bug or have I missed something? I am using iOS 6.

On an unrelated issue I have been having difficulty with making audio files. I wood create an audio (not irealb file) track specifically for a student and then try to email from within the program. The student would receive the email and attachment but the attachment was always 40kb in size and unplayable on ANY device or player. I have the laptop app as well and found that was working fine but I would still like to be able to email audio from within app.

It's not a bug, it's how AirPlay works. It takes about 2sec for the audio to be compressed send over wifi and uncompressed at the other end.
About the audio file you might be emailing files that are too large. Make sure you export as AAC and not Wav as Wav files can easily go up in the 100mb (way too large for an email)
