Newbie Question. What is saved with a song, style, tempo?

Hi to everyone, I have just purchased the app and so far it looks great. My question is what is saved with a song when it is uploaded/downloaded to/from the forum?
It seems to me that when I open a song I have downloaded it reverts to Pop, 1-Rock 115. Does this mean that if I don't have the particular style on my device then it uses the default setting?
I have purchased the pop and jazz style packs.

It's really a question for Massimo, but here's my take:

First - get the Latin Style pack. Just because. I will guarantee you will find uses for it.

Second - in my experience, once you PLAY a song, or compile it (tell it to play and let it compute the track) whatever use set it to count bars, style, tempo - but NOT mix) are saved with the song. If you do NOT select play after selecting a rhythm but merely press a control, I do not know what it does. But once you Play it, you Save it...
