How to add practice tunes to iMac version?

Hi all..
There's a list of 50 practice exercises for iReal Pro.. I added them to the mobile version using the restore option. But I never use
the mobile version as it sounds like a toy and makes me blind.

How do I add this same playlist to my iMac version please as there's no 'Restore' option that I can find there?
