Walking bass lines

I want to precede this by emphasising that iRealPro is fantastic app... however, the walking bass lines are awkward and make the grooves sound awkward to me.

Is it possible to develop the AI to generate more consistently smooth resolution when chords change? For example preceding resolution by 1/2 step below and avoiding ambiguous leaps. If G is a tonic, then the ear generally expects it to be preceded by D, F# or sometimes A. The bass lines in their current state affect the forward motion in all the swing grooves.

More steps movement will also be helpful, IMHO!
