How to record an independent synth with Garageband?

I am searching for some counsel on the most proficient method to set up Garageband as a sequencer to drive and record an independent softsynth there's no module variant of (obviously I'm on Mac). This should be conceivable by connecting together Garageband, Soundflower and the Midori AU module, however, I generally end up with a terrible MIDI circle, so I should accomplish something incorrectly.

Does anybody have a bit by bit guide or some other type of documentation, or any experience whatsoever to share? Much obliged ahead of time for any assistance.
