New to the app. I literally can't figure out how to make a DS. I can find the sign symbol and the coda symbol, but how do you make a DS instruction?

Open the editor. In Android, below the entry field (top left) is the selector button. It switches the entry field through chords, alternate chords and text (abc). While in text mode select the button with the horizontal lines to the right of the entry field.
Remember you will need to place a "sign" (SEGNO) at the point to which you wish to return from the DS instruction.
