I purchased irealbook app for my android cell phone. When I accessed Google play store on my android tablet it is asking for a payment again. What do I do?

When you go to googlePlay on your phone, does it show you a list of purchased apps? (MyApps)
Using the exact same account info with your tablet, does it show your purchased apps?
