Alt chords refused

Hi there. Ireal does not accept my third chord. On edit A is in black and alt in blue. All the other accepted chords are in black
Can anyone help?

Chord qualities that are recognized by the player can selected from a menu in the editor.
(eg. iOS, select the horizontal-lines icon next to the chord input field)
Chord qualities not recognized by the player appear in blue in the editor. They are written on the chart JUST like recognized chords but will not play.
Aalt is not recognized, A7alt is.
