Sorry I have no knowledge of programing.
Would it possible to have a sizable import box that you could import text and images?
Like how Apple Pages works? I don't use Word but it probably does it too.
It would be much better then the limitations of the text system we have now.
Text is intended for things like 'rall', 'guitar solo' etc. If you are trying to do additional things like add lyrics or diagrams, images etc. you would find it easier exporting the chart and adding them in a different program. For instance you could share to a PDF annotation app.
Use the vertical spacers if you need room between the systems.
