chords on off beats?

This is my first post here and I don't mean to be rude but I just got iReal and I am very disappointed and surprised that there is no easy way to have chords pushed or played on off beats especially in an app that considers itself to be "pro". This seems to be a pretty basic feature for a pro app. I've already read the threads with the "work arounds" so no need to post those links. I push chords all the time and if I have to jump through that many hoops to work around this means I'm not going to bother with it. Could this please be added as a feature request?

Other than this glaring omission I'm really loving the app though I wish it had more styles or at least the ability to create your own styles.

I do take a sick pleasure in working out how to add off beats and pushes by adjusting the time sig, but I too would love to see the ability to add chords in quavers.

I agree that it should be a fundamental feature , look forward to seeing it made possible soon.

Yes, agreed, that should be a priority feature.
Furthermore, it would be useful if iRealPro could add additional time signatures based on 16ths notes (3/16, 6/16, 9/16, etc.) That would allow to push some chords for 16ths note based grooves

Agreed- this will be a great feature IF it can be done- I would pay $20 if this could be enabled possibly with a special line or Symbol placed in front of the chord to 'Enable' Upbeats and finer resolution on chord placement for Advanced Harmonic Rhythms.

I am also hoping for deeper 808 Style Kick Drums and Deeper Basslines for Modern R&B Styles.

I use the App for Practice but to get a feel for certain chords and rhythms in Preproduction would be very cool.

In actual Production- hi res Midi and Audio are used of course but this is a very cool App for Practice and basic experimentation.
