If you mean like a different color that travels along with the measure that currently is being played during Playback, iRP already has this. It's called Player Position Indicator. If you're not seeing it during playback, I suspect you do not have a contrasting color selected, e.g., white on white will not show up. Click on iReal Pro on the top menu bar, then Preferences, then Player Position Indicator. Yellow on white shows up well, but you make your own choice.
