You Don't Know Me by Eddy Arnold
I tidied it up a bit. Is this better?
I have not replaced it with the same song in the other thread though.
You Don't Know Me by Eddy Arnold
Cindy Walker
The song is not by Arnold - he's the artist who recorded the song. It's not by Ray Charles, either...
The author of the music is Cindy Walker, an interesting personality in country music.
Here is the version as recorded by Bublé.

The use of the work "by" these days apparently means who recorded a famous version of it, not who actually wrote the song, which is what it is supposed to mean. I got hit with this the first time by a TV show that put up the graphic " 'House of the Rising Son' by the Animals." which particularly annoyed me since the song, the composer of which is unknown, was recorded even before any of the Animals were born.
I'm looking for a nice version of You Don't Know Me, preferably with a 4 bar intro. Does anyone have an arrangement they would be willing to share?
Thanks in advance,
Harry

You Don't Know Me--Willie Nelson
I would like to make this arrangement playable, and I don't know that it can be, so I turn to those smarter than me.
INTRO
A ending 1
A ending 2
B
A ending 3
solo= A ending 2
B with a modulation at the end--this will be the CODA
Final A in new key (yes part of the CODA)
If I put the Coda at the end of the Bridge, it'll trigger it too early. If I try to do a DS Al Coda, it'll play both A's, not just the 2nd A on the 2nd time through.
Thoughts? Can this be done? TIA.

You Don't Know Me - Eddy Arnold-Cindy Walker
this is my chart and it doesn’t play as i would like, which is Intro A A B A A(2nd end) B different end and Coda. This is Willie Nelson’s arrangement.
Here’s one way to accommodate the specified arrangement.
I think this will play the way you want. Player repeats must be set to 1.
You Don't Know Me (Willie Nelson) - Eddy Arnold-Cindy Walker
By enclosing the solo section in repeat brackets, you can increase the number of solos.
If the player style is too busy or “square” for you, it can easily be changed back to Jazz - Slow Swing.
