Everyone has their way of playing Misty. This is the way I learned the song. But no matter how you play it, in their head everyone hears Johnny Mathis. This version is a total song , complete with an intro, 2 verses, a break, last verse and an ending. So it will be suitable for use at a gig or singing practice in the shower. Enjoy.

Use the small font only when needed (2nd half 3rd bar in your B section). Many users have small (phone) screens.
The Normal font is easier to read.

In bars 2 and 10 of the head you've accidentally put in a Bbmaj9 instead of Bbm9, and in bar 12 you have an Abmaj9 instead of Abm9.

I glanced at the chart, started the player and scatted through the form. I didn't notice the M/m discrepancies as they went by.

I found this in my library. Not sure how I got it but it seems to be done by somebody still learning the app.
Does anybody recognize this version? Any idea what NRB1 (434) means ?

What is the New Real Book ?Who is the publisher?
The Real Book1 by Hal Leonard has it on p277 and it is nothing like this .

Hi i downloaded misty from the forum and realized through playback, it played the EbM7 for only one measure instead of two (for the start of the song). Can this be fixed?

If none of the versions in this thread are satisfactory to you, just open a DUPLICATE of an existing chart in the editor (pencil icon) and change it to your liking.

Those were the bars I was after - although in the last two bars I'm not sure I agree with the repeat of the Emaj7 Fm7 and Gm7...sitting here trying to work it out now. None of the innumerable versions on YT show anyone playing the Mathis intro, either, alas.
