Nice . I have upgraded a number of songs but they’re all in my android version , they unfortunately don’t carry over into the iOS version . I simply wait until I’m working on a particular number and boringly adjust the changes if needed . Thank you for your effort .

I have received your mail, and tried to import all new lists using Chrome link (irealb://). It worked for most of them, but not with "Jazz 1400" and "Pop 400". I thing the URL length is too big (1.2 MB for "Jazz 1400" and 264 KB for "Pop 400". Is there another way to import ?

Many charts in the 1350 had minor edits in the 1400. iRp treats any change in a chart as a NEW chart. The suggestion to delete the 1350 first, was to avoid adding many near-duplicate charts to your library.

I am not able to download the 1400 Jazz list on Android.
I have tried to click on the link on Chrome (open a blank tab), Opera (kill the app), and Firefox (kill the app).
I have no problem with other lists like Brazilian 150.
I suspect that the list is too big but I have not find any mention of this in the help section.
Is it possible to get this list on Android?

When I started to collect songs for the main Jazz playlist for iReal Pro about 12 years ago, there were no music streaming services. I only had my personal music library, a few real books and my own experience performing this music. If you can and don't have a lot of customized charts and playlists, the easiest thing will be to erase everything and start clean with the new playlist.
Apologies for not presenting a cleaner solution here, but it's a trade-off for giving you full control of the content in the app.

So it sounds like I/we should delete the original 1350 then make sure that all devices and computers have synced and removed it also before downloading the new and improved versions ? ;).

That's the "recommended" way. But... if (like me) you've removed the 1350 Playlist (but kept the songs) the task becomes much more daunting. Also, if any 1350 charts are in any of your other playlists, they'll disappear too.Quote:

Hi all,
I've got an older android tablet so can't load the full 1400 jazz tunes playlist (mine device will only load playlists ~300). Could someone repost the 4 links to the playlist split into 4-parts. I remember this was how it was first posted (in multiple parts). If someone could create a sticky of the 1400 Jazz playlist for older android users, that would be useful for many beyond myself I'd imagine. Thanks!

All songs you've downloaded (playlists or one at a time) are in your song library and easily accessible. I use playlists for setlists, or to keep a list to browse through (holiday tunes, Beatles, etc) no need (for me) to save the various main playlists
in my device(s) once the song’s are added to my library.

Yeah, I just downloaded the URL and looked at the length of it:
wc -c /tmp/jazz1400.url
1274373 /tmp/jazz1400.url
And that is the URL. The standard states that the max length for an URL is 2000 characters, so this is a little ambitious.
Are you trying to download the complete playlist in the Forums window within iReal Pro, if not then try this instead (not from a browser). Does this work for you?Quote:

Is there any way to download all the tunes in this list as word/text docs so I can print them all out? Right now, I have to output each song one by one in the app. It would be great if there was a download link with the files instead of the long links so I can group print all of them.
