There's a typo in bar 2, showing G6 instead of G9.

Here's corrected version...

I posted it because I myself feel there're typical Bill's tension notes I like so much
and other charts don't include.
And I like the way tonic Amaj7 to be held through in the bar 1, no Dmaj7..
