How do I change "new song 12" for example, to "embarcadero" for example? Thanks

Do that in the editor on the info screen (i) ...Done...Save

There is a detailed tutorial inside the app in Settings/Tutorial/Sharing.
(You can also select the "?" in a circle at the top of an app page)
